Support The GRACE Foundation by participating in our Super Bowl Box Board Fundraiser! Our first fundraiser is a $25 donation per square and our second is a $50 donation per square. Using the form below you can select which fundriaser you would like to participate in and you’ll also have the chance to select which number you would like in our fundraiser.
We will be picking the numbers for each team (AFC and NFC respectively) LIVE via Facebook, so please check back for the date and time. Please be sure to view the rules and point system below.

About The GRACE Foundation
The GRACE Foundation is a non-profit organization established to improve the lives of individuals and families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
ASD is a neurological disorder that impacts the development of language and communication skills as well as social interaction and relatedness. Given the complexity of the disorder, each person with an Autism Spectrum Disorder is unique and therefore requires individualized guidance and support.
